With more things on your plate, the faster life will move. You’ll realize the need to recharge your brain. Meditate!
There are times when life is going to hit you hard and there will be a countless number of things on your mind.
The quickest way is to do 3-5 minute break away from noise and commotion (on the bus, or in the washroom, or in the park, maybe?). Focus on the flow of air into your body and out. Try to aim for 6 counts in and 6 counts out, or 5 breaths per minute. Fill those lungs and focus on the breath only.
Then after meditating take over the world!
