When you’re down

Be thankful.

It may sound like the opposite of what you want to do and it doesn’t work right away. But after about 10 – 15 minutes of appreciation, you’ll feel better. You can be thankful for random things like how fuzzy a cat is or that you can have a warm drinkĀ on cold days. If you keep thinking of the things that you are thankful for, your mind starts relaxing a little and your bad feelings will go away.
